- EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. There are two standing lamps in the activity room. Lamps wire was loosely lying on the floor and exposing safety risks such as tripping or children playing with it.
Corrective action. Staff wrapped it to make it shorter in length and in a manner to make inaccessible to children.

Observation. Fire Extinguisher has not been serviced annually
Corrective action. The Manager stated that a request to have the fire extinguisher serviced would be submitted immediately.
