Observation. OUTSTANDING FROM PREVIOUS INSPECTION: The old long church windows that go almost to the floor were noted on the last inspection report as they are not longer blocked by plexiglass panels and are not tempered glass. They are a hazard as they are single paned glass accessible to children to run or fall into. The situation is very hazardous as the climbing loft as been moved right up against two of these windows and children could fall against them while on the stairs or slide. This is applicable to all windows where children have access, including the nap area.
