    Observation. Licensing approved a TPR request on July 7, 2022 to have a fifth child younger than 48 months old from July 4, 2022 to August 31, 2022. The Voluntary conditions included having an assistant working Monday to Friday for the duration of this TPR request from the hours of 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Licensing observed the voluntary conditions for the TPR were not being followed. The Licensee stated the assistant did not start as planned

    Corrective action. Ensure the community care facility is operated in a manner that will promote (i)the health, safety and dignity of persons in care.

    Observation. Licensing tested one sink in the bathroom where children access hot water and the temperature was 52. 2 ° Celsius. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care and must be corrected immediately. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed. The Licensee stated the temperature gauge was turned off . The temperature gauge was turned back on during the inspection. Licensing tested the water in the bathroom sink again and the temperature was 35.1 ° Celsius. This item was corrected during the inspection.

    Corrective action. Ensure children do not have access to water greater than 49 degrees Celsius.
