Observation. Licensing observed School Age children in full day care on a Pro D day. Facility is Licensed for Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) and Preschool during school hours. Amendment form left on site.
Corrective action. Ensure to operate the facility in a manner that will promote the health, safety and dignity of persons in care.
