  Observation. A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the date of enrolment in the community care facility. At the time of inspection, two of the children's records that were reviewed did not have enrolment dates.

  Corrective action. While licensing officers were present, the licensee documented the missing enrolment dates for the two children in their records.
