Observation. Noted that due to construction, fencing and gate was removed that disallowed children from going around the side of the building. This creates an issue with clear lines of supervision, as well, the side of the building has hazards in line with a construction zone such as uneven ground, sharp edges, temporary fencing, dust and debris, etc.

Observation. Due to the construction of the expansion, this program's usual outdoor space is unusable and therefore, they are using the same space as the 3-5 program. During inspection it was noted that the School Age program is also using this space even though it is not appropriate nor large enough for all 3 programs to be sharing the space. Writer witnessed older children kicking and throwing balls and running around the younger children, putting them at risk for injury/being knocked over.
