A licensee must: (b) have an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency.
Observation. Upon inspection, Licensing observed the fire extinguisher to be expired.
Corrective action. The fire extinguisger had recently expired and the staff said they would have it serviced immediately.
