- EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.
Observation. In the infant/toddler and 3-5 bathroom, the caulking around the sink is well worn, including the wood framing around the sink area.
Corrective action. Please ensure fixtures within the facility are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance
