  Corrective action. Ensure that children's file contain evidence of immunizations status.

  Observation. Licensing observed that there are missing departure dates on the Group Child Care 30-SA attendance records.

  Corrective action. Ensure that daily attendance records show whether a child is absent, present, and time of arrival.

  Corrective action. Ensure that every child has written consent for the community care facility to call for medical attention.

• A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information:(i) a photograph or digital image of the child, and other information that can be used to readily identify the child in an emergency

  Observation. Licensing observed that 1 of 10 files audited was missing a photo/digital image of child.

  Corrective action. Ensure that every child has a photo/digital image taken in case of emergency.

  Observation. Licensing observed protruding bolt ends on the playground fencing.

  Corrective action. Ensure that the bolt ends are flush to the nuts to limit any bodily harm.

  Observation. Licensing observed that 1 of 6 staff files audited was missing a copy of their criminal record check.

  Corrective action. Ensure that all staff files contain a copy of valid criminal record check.

  Observation. Licensing observed that 2 of 6 staff files audited were missing a record of work history.

  Corrective action. Ensure each staff file contains a record of work history (resume).

  Corrective action. Ensure that all files contain evidence of immunization status.

  Observation. Licensing observed that during 2025, only 4 fire drills have been implemented and recorded.

  Corrective action. Ensure that fire drills are been implemented at least once a month.
