Observation. Licensing observed that fire extinguisher was last serviced in October 2020. Manager stated that fire extinguisher was serviced in October 2021 and was not stamped. Facility has been closed since February 2022.
Corrective action. Ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times, including annual servicing of fire extinguisher.
