    The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

    Observation. Licensing observed the following: *tape peeling off from the floor vent covers – Discussed with the acting manager to replace the tape as they are no longer easy to clean and are not in good repair. *open cupboard with a piece of fabric taped onto the edge of the counter top in lieu of a door. The adhesive tape is peeling and the fabric did not appear clean – these items are no longer easy to clean and are not in good repair.
