Observation. Licensing audited five staff files, one staff file was missing one character reference.
Corrective action. Ensure to obtain missing character reference for the staff file.
3010 - CCLR 19(1)(b) - A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure
Observation. Licensing observed one day where two children were not signed out for their time of departure.
Corrective action. Ensure to record daily attendance record for the time of arrival and departure.

Corrective action. Ensure that, for each child, there is a record showing the name and telephone number of a medical practitioner.
