Observation. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that Licensing was not notified within the required 24 hours of a reportable incident regarding a child who was missing and wandering.
Corrective action. Ensure that Licensing was notified within 24 hours of a reportable incident regarding a child who was missing and wandering. Action/s required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing for the specific contravention.

Observation. Licensing observed two ECE certificates not posted on the facility wall. While on site the Manager posted the certificates.
