  Observation. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined that Licensing was not notified within the required 24 hours of a reportable incident regarding a child who was missing and wandering.

  Corrective action. Ensure that Licensing was notified within 24 hours of a reportable incident regarding a child who was missing and wandering. Action/s required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing for the specific contravention.

• A licensee must display in a prominent place in the community care facility the certificate of any educator or assistant employed to work in the community care facility.

  Observation. Licensing observed two ECE certificates not posted on the facility wall. While on site the Manager posted the certificates.

  Corrective action. Ensure to display in a prominent place in the community care facility the certificate, or a copy of the certificate, of any educator or assistant employed to work in the community care facility.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed 10 of 35 children's files. One file was missing immunization status.

  Corrective action. Ensure for each child, a record showing the following information: name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number and immunization status.
