  Observation. Licensing observed there are some hazardous items beside the facility main entrance:- propane gas and an unsecured wooden fence leaning against the fence.

  All indoor and outdoor play materials and equipment accessible to children are suitable for the age and development of the children, safely constructed, free from hazards and in good repair. [CCLR Sec. 16(4)]

  Observation. Licensing observed within the enclosed outdoor play area, the fence has loose boards. Manager and Licensee plans to address these issues.

  Observation. Licensing observed the following: - one staff had an expired an criminal record check (CRC). Manager was informed that the staff could not be left alone with children until a clear CRC is obtained. - resume and references missing for two staff members.

  Observation. Licensing observed the following: -There are entrapment gaps at the bottom of the perimeter fence/ and gate. -The kitchen drawers had sharp objects that were accessible to children.

  Observation. Licensing observed there are emergency preparedness supplies but both the water and the food had expired.

  Observation. The south fence is slanting and unstable. The south cement walkway is broken in patches, uneven, creating a tripping hazard. There are entrapment gaps at the bottom of the perimeter fence in several places. There is broken window accessible to children. There are exposed nails / screws.
