    Observation. At today's inspection no Menu is posted or daily food and drink served notice for parents posted.

    Observation. The Emergency consent cards carried out in the backpacks do not have the consent to call a medical practitioner or ambulance..as per Section 57(3)(a) It appears when the current consent cards were printed the back was mistakenly left blank. Some children have a complete Emergency Consent form with the consent in the file cabinet paper registration files.

    There is an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency. [CCLR Sec. 22(1)(b)]

    Observation. Licensing observed two bins located by the entrance with emergency preparedness supplies which sufficient to meet the needs of the children and staff for a minimum of 72 hours. However, the items such as water and food supplies had expired in October 2021.

    Observation. Staff unable to provide outdoor checklist at the time of inspection.

    Observation. Fire drills have been documented once each month, however there was no record of an annual emergency drill in 2023 calendar year. The last emergency drill was October 2022.
