  The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

  Observation. LO noted the couch in the activity room was not in good repair. The surface was compromised and would not allow for cleaning and sanitizing. The cracks on the surface are a risk for cross-contamination

  There is current log of minor incidents, illnesses and unexpected events, that did not require medical attention and were not reportable incidents described in Schedule H. [CCLR Sec. 56 (1)(f)]

  Observation. LO observed a log of minor incidents ,however some incidents were not recorded accordingly. Information regarding specifics of the incident and who was informed of the incident was missing. The findings were presented to the manager. Facility's protocol for recording minor incidents was not always followed.
