Observation. LO noted the guardrail on top of the platform area of the slide had two joins that were not safe and some exposed broken wood at the edge of the platform-layers are separating and splintering. One joint had splintered wood and another joint had a noticeable pinch/trap gap. The guardrail was newly install ,however had deficiencies that must be addressed in order to ensure equipment is safely constructed.

The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction. They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]
Observation. LO observed the following: - several play mats were not clean - debris was visible on the floor in the storage unit were sleeping mats and children's bedding were stored - the plastic toilet seat had visible scratches that don't allow for appropriate cleaning and sanitizing - the fridge requires cleaning
