Observation. An emergency plan practice was conducted and recorded on February 4, 2026. The current schedule for fire drills is one practice every three months. A discussion occurred with staff regarding the requirement for monthly fire drills.

Observation. Licensing observed no consent for ambulance and no individual photo of each child within children records.

Implementation of the fire drill system is practiced at least once each month, and implementation of the emergency plan is practiced at least once each year. [CCLR Sec. 22(2)(b)(c)]
Observation. Licensing observed - fire extinguisher is current until August 22, 2025 however no fire and emergency drills were completed for 2025. Staff plans to complete both drills this week.
