Observation. Licensing officer was unable to observe CRC,work history ,references and verification of the certificates. The manager stated that the HR is responsible for those records.

Observation. CCFL reviewed staff files and compared them to staff lists provided by the facilities. Several incomplete and missing files were observed and some staff members listed in the provided staffing list did not have a file.

The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction. They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]
Observation. LO noted the following: - one door leading a storage room in the nap room was not secured - the freezer and the fridge required cleaning

Observation. LO noted cleaning supplies stored in an unsecured cupboard located in the changing room/shared staff bathroom. The supplies were accessible to children.
