Observation. Along the fence that faces South, Braemar, there is a gap in the trees/ hedge that form part of the barrier of the fence. The metal fence is fairly low but the addition of the trees provides better coverage. However, in the South west corner of the fence area, there is a gap, without trees, creating a hazard as children could climb the low fence.

Observation. There is an open space beside the walkway adjacent to the house on the path to the playground that is not covered and could pose a risk for injury. The open space is approximately 20" by 12 " and approximately 20" deep, it houses possible utility functions. There is no child sized railing up the flight of cement stairs to the playground. There are glass panels on the side of the stairs leading up to the playground, these stairs are above grade, equivalent to traveling to the second storey, the drop on the other side of these panels is considerable, the panels are approximately 3'6", should a child fall over the side the drop is considerable and therefore the risk.

Observation. The outdoor play space that was being used by the children during the inspection had a large fire table in the centre, there was a yoga mat partially covering this table. The sides and edges of this table could pose a risk to the children should they fall into it. There is a large piece of equipment that appears to be an AC unit in the yard that is used by children.
