Observation. The program is currently storing lunches in thermal bags inside the fridge, however, due to the insulated bag, children's lunches are not able to receive the appropriate levels of refrigeration and possibly not keeping food cold enough as a result.

Observation. 2 Children were strapped into a stroller in the classroom while waiting for a diaper change after coming in from outside. One child remained waiting in the stroller for 10 minutes. Some children were being pulled by the hand / wrist and moved to different areas. A child was grabbed out of his chair without any verbal cues to suggest he was going to be moved. A discussion was had with the manager who was present. The discussion included guiding the staff to remember there is a difference between" taking a hand and offering a hand".
