The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction. They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]
Observation. There are some floor mats that are torn and the foam insides exposed making them difficult to clean and sanitize effectively. Some of the sleeping mats have cracks and small tears to the outer vinyl coverings making it difficult to adequately clean and sanitize.

Observation. LO observed mats with sheets on stacked on top of each other with sheets and bedding touching. There were plastic bins for individual children's blankets that were placed in between beds but that was not enough to separate the cots completely.
