Observation. There is a child who has a care plan, however, it was only available on the manager's computer and not accessible to classroom staff. There did not appear to be any records of how the activities were being modified and how successful any modification strategies were. The care plan did not appear to be signed by parents. The manager indicated another child who required extra support but since that child was not receiving funding there was no care plan. LO discussed with the manager that a care plan can be in place prior to the program receiving any support plans or a diagnosis as one child was in need.
