Observation. Licensing observed the changing mat in the children's washroom appears to be damaged and not in good conditions.

Observation. Licensing observed that the table was cleaned before children had snack, but the second step of sanitizing was not completed The hot tub located in the back yard has a locking system however the hot tub cover was unlatched at the time of inspection. The outdoor safety checklist includes making sure the cover is latched.
