    Observation. Licensing observed a child in the washroom stall changing themselves without staff supervision.

    A healthy and safe environment is provided at all times [CCLR Sec. 13(1)].

    Observation. Licensing observed the following: *JK2 Room - storage door was not locked accessible by children. Also there is a hole inside the children's washroom stall. - The manager taped the hole during the inspection. * Jk2 / 3A Room - there is a hole in the wall of the washroom stall that was exposed to the children, posing a safety risk as children’s fingers could become caught. - The manager taped the hole during the inspection.

    Care plans are not reviewed at least once a year with a parent of the child requiring extra support and any person requested by the parent. [CCLR Sec. 58(2)(b)]

    Observation. Licensing observed that in the JK2/3A room, the care plan for a child requiring additional support had not been reviewed within the past year.

    Observation. Licensing observed the following in the JK2B classroom: *The washroom storage is accessible to children, and the bi-fold door poses a finger-pinching hazard. *One of the drawers by the teacher's sink had a broken lock, and an X-ACTO knife, adult scissors, and nail polish were accessible to children. The Manager removed these items during the inspection.
