Observation. Licensing observed the emergency drill was not recorded in the previous year. Manager stated that it was conducted in October 2024.
Corrective action. Ensure licensee must keep records of emergency drills.

Observation. Licensing observed that the outdoor play space maintenance checklist had not been completed for all of January 2022, 5 times in April 2021, 9 times in May 2021, 5 times in October 2021 and once in December 2021.
Corrective action. Ensure a log kept of all inspections, maintenance & repairs.

Observation. Licensing audited 6 months of attendance records and observed that departure times were not recorded the following times: 2 times in April 2021; 5 times in July 2021; 4 times in August 2021 and 5times in December 2021.
Corrective action. Ensure a licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.
