    Observation. Licensing reviewed eight of eight staff files. Three staff did not have record of immunization status.

    Observation. Licensing observed that the facility had exceeded maximum capacity in the Bandroom, and that the corrective action plan regarding lead in water was not followed. Regarding the Bandroom, Licensing observed there were 21 children in care in the Bandroom and the Bandroom was licensed for 20 children in care. Regarding lead in water, Licensing observed that the water cooler which was purchased for the Bandroom was empty. Manager stated that water cooler had been empty for approximately one month.

    Corrective action. Ensure that the community care facility is operated in a manner that ensures the health, safety and dignity of children in care.

    Observation. Licensing reviewed six of 62 children's records. One children's record did not have the name and telephone number of a medical practitioner.

    Corrective action. Ensure that, for each child, there is a record showing the name and telephone number of a medical practitioner.
