  Observation. Licensing reviewed eight of eight staff files. Three staff did not have record of immunization status.

  Corrective action. Ensure for there is a record of immunization status for each staff.

• A licensee must do all of the following:(b) operate the community care facility in a manner that will promote the health, safety and dignity of persons in care

  Observation. Licensing observed that the facility had exceeded maximum capacity in the Bandroom, and that the corrective action plan regarding lead in water was not followed. Regarding the Bandroom, Licensing observed there were 21 children in care in the Bandroom and the Bandroom was licensed for 20 children in care. Regarding lead in water, Licensing observed that the water cooler which was purchased for the Bandroom was empty. Manager stated that water cooler had been empty for approximately one month.

  Corrective action. Ensure that the community care facility is operated in a manner that ensures the health, safety and dignity of children in care.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed six of 62 children's records. One children's record did not have the name and telephone number of a medical practitioner.

  Corrective action. Ensure that, for each child, there is a record showing the name and telephone number of a medical practitioner.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed five children's files. One child did not have an MSP number on file.

  Corrective action. Ensure all children have an MSP number on file.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed past attendance records and observed that on four occasions two children were missing departure times on Sept. 8, 2022. And on September 9, 2022 one child was missing arrival time and a different child was missing departure time. On Sept. 12, 2022 two children were missing departure times. On September 13, 2022 one child was missing departure time.

  Corrective action. Ensure children's arrival and departure times are recorded daily.
