Observation. Licensing observed the outdoor checklist last completed on June 9, 2022. Licensee stated yard checks had been done daily before the children use the yard, but had been recorded.
Corrective action. Ensure thorough daily, monthly and annual inspection are performed and recorded.

Observation. Licensing observed fire drills not recorded for April and May 2022. Licensee stated that they had been completed.
