Observation. Licensing reviewed two staff files. One staff had one character reference.
Corrective action. Ensure all employees are required to have at least two character references on file.

Observation. Licensing reviewed two staff files. One staff did not have a record of work history on file.
Corrective action. Ensure all staff have a record of work history prior to employment.

Observation. Licensing reviewed two staff files. One staff did not have proof of verification of ECEA certification.
Corrective action. Ensure all Educators and Assistants are required to have their certificates validated prior to employment.
