Observation. Licensing reviewed 8 children’s records and noted 1 was missing date of enrolment.
Corrective action. Ensure a record is kept for each child showing the date of the enrolment in the community care facility.
19080 - CCLR s.57(2)(b) - RECORDS AND REPORTING
A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.
Observation. Licensing noted one child did not have arrival or departure times for the month of December.
Corrective action. Ensure a record is kept indicating the time of arrival and departure for each day the child is present.
