A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. Outdoor stair (entrance): paint peeling and slippery wooden stairs. LO discussed few strategies to address this to prevent slip and fall risk.
Corrective action. Ensure children are provided with a healthy and safe environment.
