- EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. The storage shelves in the hallway are not secure and some sway when touched. All are on wheels and can be moved. Discussed that the children are in the hallway to access their cubbies and the bathrooms.
Corrective action. Ensure that the shelves are stable and not able to be tipped or moved by children.

- When advertising or otherwise offering services to the public, a licensee must identify the care program being offered.
Observation. Manager stated the facility was not currently offering before and after school care. The advertisement which was indicating the facility was providing this service was corrected at the time of inspection to reflect future care, September 2025.
Corrective action. Manager to re-post all advertisements indicting before and after school care is not currently being offered, instead will be at a future date.
