Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that (a) children attending a community care facility are divided into groups, with each group having no more children than that permitted in Schedule E.
Observation. During today's inspection the Manager said the age range of children attending the JK 2 Classroom which is licensed for Group Child Care (under 36 months) were 28 months to 42 months old. Licensing explained Schedule E and told the Manager that it was not developmentally appropriate to have children over 36 months attending this classroom.
