Observation. Licensing observed two unstable shelving units, measuring approximately five feet high. Both shelves contained play equipment and various other items in each section of the shelf.
Corrective action. Manager stated both shelves would be anchored to the wall.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): LO observed and discussed the following with the Manager: - Air freshener stored on top of the cubbies area, bleach spray bottle stored by the classroom sink and a shaving cream stored in the cupboard were accessible to the children.
Corrective action. Ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are in care.

Observation. Fire Extinguisher has not been serviced annually.
