Observation. During inspection licensing observed the emergency food and water supplies were insufficient to implement the emergency plan, multiple food and water items were also expired.
Corrective action. The manager said she will update the supplies today.

A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. Licensing observed beddings were touching in the storage closet.
Corrective action. Please ensure that beddings are removed and stored separately and mats sanitized prior to storing.

Observation. There was no emergency food or water packed and ready to go in case of an emergency. However Licensee had emergency food and water in the kitchen on site.
Corrective action. Please ensure to have emergency food and water for each person for 72 hours ready to go in case of an emergency.
