Observation. Licensing observed the following during today's inspection: - In JK room there were 3 toy shelves that need to be secured from falling in the event of earthquake. - Kitchen knives were accessible to children in a drawer near the sink in JK room. (corrected during inspection time.
Corrective action. Ensure that healthy and safe environemnt is provided at all times when children are in care.
