- EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A suspended, unsecured electronics cord was observed to be accessible to children posing a potential risk of entanglement. The manager removed this from children's access during the inspection.
Corrective action. Ensure that a safe environment is provided at all times.

A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.
Observation. A record of attendance is maintained; however, it does not include the time of arrival and departure.
Corrective action. Ensure to maintain a record of attendance that includes the time of arrival and departure.

Observation. Licensing reviewed 5 children's files and 1 was missing a name and telephone number of a preferred doctor. The Manager and Licensing discussed that if the family does not have a family doctor a name/telephone # of a preferred clinic will suffice.
Corrective action. Please ensure that all children's records are completed prior to attendance
