  Observation. Licensing audited seven staff files and one file did not contain record of work history.

  Corrective action. Ensure a record of work history is obtained for employees.

  Observation. Licensing observed a log of all daily inspections, as well as maintenance and repairs of the outdoor play area were not performed and recorded.

  Corrective action. Ensure thorough daily, monthly and annual inspections as well as maintenance and repairs of the outdoor play area are performed and recorded.

  Observation. Licensing observed records kept for each child in care showing daily attendance were not indicating for each day whether child was absent and time of departure.

  Corrective action. Ensure current records for each child in care showing daily attendance record indicating for each day whether child is absent or present, time of arrival and departure are kept.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed six staff files. One file did not contain immunization status.

  Corrective action. Ensure evidence of compliance with the Province's immunization and tuberculosis control programs is obtained for all employees.

• A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment]

  Observation. Licensing observed that a record was not kept of the yearly emergency drill practice. Manager stated that the drill had been done but that the record was misplaced.

  Corrective action. Ensure a current record is kept of implementation of yearly emergancy plan practices.
