Observation. Licensing observed children riding strider bikes and bikes with pedals without helmets.

Observation. Licensing observed that hand towels in the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age ) program designed to be used for the full day by one individual child were not hung with adequate spacing. Licensing observed a child use a hand towel that was not their specific towel.
Corrective action. Ensure a program is established to instruct children in and to practice the rules of health and hygiene.
3060 - CCLR 46(1) - A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.
Observation. Licensing reviewed nine children's files One file did not contain immunization status.
