    Observation. Licensing observed that hand towels in the Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age ) program designed to be used for the full day by one individual child were not hung with adequate spacing. Licensing observed a child use a hand towel that was not their specific towel.

    Corrective action. Ensure a program is established to instruct children in and to practice the rules of health and hygiene.
