Observation. Licensing measured the height of the composite climber and the slide was 0.99m for Group Child Care (Under 36 months) which exceed the height requirement for this age of children.

Observation. Regarding intake August 11, 2025. Through the investigation process, Licensing determined there were 13 children in the Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) program in the Cedar Room which exceeded the maximum capacity of 8 children.
Corrective action. Ensure to operate the community care facility in a manner that will promote the health, safety, and dignity of persons in care. Action/s Required by Licensee: Licensee to submit a corrective action plan to Licensing specific to the contravention. Action/s Required by Licensing: On September 25, 2025, Licensee Contact submitted a corrective action plan to Licensing. The corrective action plan included: All staff had been notified of the proper exit and transition protocols, and a notice would be posted on the wall in Cedar Room stating the exit door was not allowed for transitioning children from another rooms. The corrective action plan was reviewed and accepted by Licensing. On November 6, 2025, Licensing observed a notice had been posted on the wall in Maple Room [previously Cedar Room] that showed the transition of children was not allowed.

Corrective action. Ensure daily attendance records must be kept for each child in care indicating for each day whether a child is absent, or if present, time of arrival and departure.
