Observation. Licensing audited eight children's files. Two children's files were missing a record to call a medical practitioner or ambulance in case of accident or illness if the parent could not be reached.
Corrective action. Ensure a record is kept to call a medical practitioner or an ambulance in case of accidents or illness
3070 - CCLR 57(3)(a) - A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (j) a record of any person who is not permitted access to the child
Observation. Licensing audited eight children's files. Two children's files were missing a record of any person who is not permitted access to the child.
Corrective action. Ensure records are kept for any person who is not permitted access to the child.

Corrective action. Ensure educator certificates for all staff employed are displayed in a prominent place in the facility.
