    Observation. Licensing reviewed five children's files. One file was missing written consent to call an ambulance. While on site, consent to call an ambulance was added to the child's file.

    Corrective action. Ensure to have in writing from a parent, consent to call an ambulance in the case of an emergency.

    Observation. Licensing reviewed five children's files. Three files were missing emergency contacts and one file was missing medical practitioner name and number. While on site, all missing information was added to the three children's files.

    Corrective action. Ensure to keep a record for each child showing record of emergency contacts and medical practitioner.
