  Observation. Licensing reviewed five children's files. One file was missing written consent to call an ambulance. While on site, consent to call an ambulance was added to the child's file.

  Corrective action. Ensure to have in writing from a parent, consent to call an ambulance in the case of an emergency.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed five children's files. Three files were missing emergency contacts and one file was missing medical practitioner name and number. While on site, all missing information was added to the three children's files.

  Corrective action. Ensure to keep a record for each child showing record of emergency contacts and medical practitioner.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed five children's files. One child who required extra support did not have a care plan on file.

  Corrective action. Ensure any child who requires additional support has a care plan on file developed in consultation with the parent of the child and any person requested by the parent.

  Corrective action. Ensure all Educators and Educator Assistants have their certificates verified prior to employment or when a certificate is renewed.
