    A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

    Observation. - A six foot storage unit located in classroom is not fixed to the wall - The fridge temperature is above 4 degrees - The electrical panel located in the classroom has a cover that does not close and is taped shut. The metal corner of the door sticks out and presents a hazard to children - Children have access to hand soap and janitorial supplies stored on a shelf in the washroom.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Licensing observed 10 children in attendance however only 8 signed in. The Manager corrected the sign in/out on site.
