- A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (f) a log of minor accidents, illnesses and unexpected events involving children, that did not require medical attention and were not reportable incidents described in Schedule H.
Observation. Full details regarding children's illnesses are not recorded by staff in the minor incident log books and there is no system in place to share this information with the facility manager.
