A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.
Observation. Licensing observed the daily attendance record for the school age program does not accurately reflect the departure time of children being picked up by the driver and dropped off to another school.
Corrective action. Ensure attendance records accurately reflect the arrival and departure for each child.

A licensee must not employ a person in a community care facility unless the licensee or, in the case of a person who is not the manager, the manager has first met with the person and obtained all of the following: (b) character references in respect of the person.
Observation. References for one employee have not been verified.
Corrective action. Ensure character references for all employees are verified and recorded.

A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): During the inspection it was observed that 3 plug outlets were missing a plug cover. The licensee took some plug covers from a cupboard and covered the outlets during the inspection.
Corrective action. Please ensure a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times.
