Observation. Licensing audited four staff files. Three staff were missing the record of ECE certificate verification.
Corrective action. Ensure the Early Childhood Educator Certificates must be verified through the Early Childhood Educator Registry.
3010 - CCLR 19(4)(a) - A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.
Observation. Licensing audited ten children's files. Two children were missing their immunization status.
Corrective action. Ensure that the immunization status was on file for each child.
