Observation. Licensing audited one staff's file. One staff was missing their resume.
Corrective action. Ensure that staff's work history was kept on file.
3010 - CCLR 19(1)(c) - A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (d) name and telephone number of a parent, medical practitioner (doctor's name and number does not apply to REC only) and emergency contact
Observation. Licensing audited five children's files. One child was missing their doctor's name and phone number.
Corrective action. Ensure that doctor's name and phone number was kept on file for each child.
