Observation. Licensing observed that there was a large gap between the grass and the fence, allowing a small child to pass through.
Corrective action. Ensure that the entire outdoor play area is enclosed in a manner that is suitable for the age and development of children.
3000 - CCLR 16(3)(a) - A licensee must keep, for each child requiring extra support, a current care plan showing the following information: the diagnoses relevant to the child’s requirement for extra support, as made by health care professionals
Observation. Licensing observed that one child in attendance has been professionally diagnosed and requires a care plan in collaboration with parents and supported child development.
Corrective action. Ensure that any child requiring extra support has a care plan written in collaboration with parents/guadrians.

Observation. Licensing reviewed 5 out of 9 children's files and observed one child's record was missing a photograph.
Corrective action. Ensure to keep for each child a photograph or digital image.

Observation. Licensing observed last fire drill hadn't been recorded since July. Licensee stated they had been doing them monthly but had not recorded them.
Corrective action. Ensure to keep a current record of monthly fire drills.
