A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment].
Observation. Observed fire drill records for this latest school year were available, but didn't show an annual emergency drill record. Senior staff said that it was practiced in May but records weren't available to show that. Staff were knowledgeable of the drill requirements.
Corrective action. Please ensure 12 months of drill records are available for review at all times.
