A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation. In the infant/toddler nap room the Licensing Officer observed a power cord hanging from a mounted camera which could pose a risk to children.
Corrective action. Licensee stated the cord will be secured to the wall.

A licensee must keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment]. Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Through discussion with the Licensee it was determined that while the fire drill for July was practiced it was not recorded on the fire drill log.
Corrective action. This was corrected during the inspection.
